I woke up today and this memory was repeating in my mind. I am mostly sober now, but I used to drink as a way to slowly kill my self. 

I'd go into the local store, whether it be walmart or the liquor store, being sure rotate between different stores so people don't suspect anything.

This time I was checking out at Walmart during covid. I really don't know why it was stuck in my mind, but this random person said something to me and it just stuck. I suppose it helped me get sober.

I was checking out and after paying, I was walking towards the entrance with a handle of cheap vodka in my hand and some ranom lady said "Don't leave us too soon".

I never met this lady and when I looked to see who it was there was just a blur of people, I couldn't tell you who it was.

It's one of those moments that doesn't seem real for some reaosn or another.
